Truffle Tree

This one is special to me as it is purely my creation! I made this up back in 2013 and they have proven to be very popular, they keep in the fridge for a few weeks and are perfect with a cuppa. 

A milk chocolate truffle type centre with mini marshmallows, biscuit pieces and coconut, coated in white chocolate and sparkly coconut, got to have a bit of sparkle at Christmas!
